Sanja I agree it can get tiring, outsourcing the bits that you procrastinate over (AKA dislike!) is really the way to go for anyone who can afford to take that route.

I have often wondered about this. I have a couple of well aged sites ant get moderate to high traffic that is just sitting there. I’d like to know a little more about this “flipping”. Can you point me in the right direction?

Lisa it’s easy to get burnt out when you’re repeatedly building sites to flip.

The best way around that is outsourcing the parts that are the most draining. For me that’s article writing, so I outsource it. You increase your costs but you could flip twice as many too because your enthusiasm isn’t squashed.

Buying sites to keep is another ball game altogether and deserves a good dose of due diligence before handing over $ to a seller.

I’ve thought about site flipping MANY times…especially blogs. But I think I’m a little burnt out creating them and all that goes into it. However, I think I need to start looking into buying them to use them or to flip them again.

I’ve seen some of your niche blogs and they look great. I think I’d be interested in buying some from you!
